collect, how we process it and for what purposes we use it, as well as
your rights related to your data.

III/ TYPES OF DATA
The processing manager processes your data as filled in
the above registration form for the Lions Regatta “Sailing Against
Drugs” – Lions Cup
IV/ PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We process your personal information for the following purposes: Lions Regatta – Lions Cup.
V/ ATA PROCESSING (SUB) EXECUTORS
We will supply your personal data in
the execution of the described processing purposes to the following
recipients of data- / sub / executors, as appropriate in statutory cases
to ministries and bodies of state administration, bodies of the
judiciary and other unspecified authorized recipients.
VI/ DATA STORAGE TIME
For the purpose of processing as long as there is
some legal basis for processing the data, and at least for the entire
duration of the Lions Regatta – Lions Cup, up to one year after the end
of the regatta, unless otherwise applicable or Consent does not specify a
longer retention time or permanent archiving of data for a particular
processing purpose.
VII/ RESPONSIBLE RIGHTS
It is your right to
ask the Processing Manager at any time:
access to your data,
rectification of your data,
deleting your data,
limiting processing in
relation to your data,exercising the right to portability of your data,
or lodging objections to the processing of your data.
You can request
the exercise of any of these rights directly from the Data Protection
Officer of the Processing Manager. It is very important to emphasize
that your use of all of these rights is subject to certain exceptions
for the protection of the public interest (eg prevention or detection of
crime), protection of the interests of the Processing Manager (eg legal
obligations) or protection of the rights and freedoms of others.
In the
event that any of these rights is exercised, the Processing Manager
will check the merits of your rights and respond without delay, within
one month at the latest. In complex cases, or in the case of multiple
requests, this period may be extended by an additional two months, which
will be notified to you.
RIGHT TO APPEAL AND WITHDRAW THE
CONSENT
If the processing is done on the basis of a Consent, you may
withdraw the consent at any time, and in any case you also have the
right at any time to file a complaint with the supervisory regulatory
body (Personal Data Protection Agency).
